Traffic Exchanges are an indispensable tool for traffic generation. Wether you want to build your list or get referrals for an affiliate program, you need to use the proper Traffic Exchanges. But there are hundreds of them in the market and you can waste a lot of time and money if you are not using the good ones.
I classify Traffic Exchanges in two categorie: the ones to surf and the ones to promote. Stangely enough, they are not always the same.

So even if the Traffic Exchange doesn’t bring you lots of sign-ups and you don’t necessarily put a lot of time surfing on them, at least you can get credits from your referrals activities.
